Ted Titmus, Founder / Chairman

Ted Titums is an inventor, successful businessman and pioneer in the field of immunoassay testing. For the last eight years, he has developed and obtained the patents for Ttest’s Drug Stik and Alcohol Stik and patents pending for Personal Pregnancy Stik, Personal Breast Cancer Indicator and Personal Nicotine Stik tests. He is currently developing new products and patents as a result of this breakthrough technology. Over the years he has founded a number of successful companies that have generated millions in revenue and were subsequently sold at substantial profits. Among them were: AutoHaus, an automobile dealership in Culver City, CA (1970); Ttec, which developed an advanced water purification system (1982); Itel Communications, a long-distance telephone company (1984); and Einstein Systems, the owner of a patented automobile engine cleaning system (1989).In addition to his career as a professional surfer and motocross racer, he has been a winning driver and team owner of Grand Prix Formula Atlantic Racing for over 25 years throughout U.S., Europe, Canada and Mexico. In this capacity, he was responsible for selling team sponsorships totaling millions to clients including Budweiser, Federal Express and Flying Tiger Airline. Ted’s wife Carol has worked over the years assisting him during the development of the company and both strongly believe in the goals of bringing Ttest products to the world.

Ray Brooks, Chief Operating Officer

Prior to accepting a position with Ttest USA, Inc., Mr. Brooks was CEO of Spectrum 2000 Medical Imaging Systems. Spectrum 2000 is the only company in the world that uses an intense light source for the early detection of breast cancer. He was instrumental in introducing the modalities to Sloan Kettering Institute and eventually the Spectrum 2000 technology was adapted along with other modalities at Sloan Kettering Institute.

As the former President of The August Group, a Hawaii-based land Development Company, Mr. Brooks was responsible for developing major hotel properties along the Pacific Rim. Mr. Brooks was recruited by Hard Rock Café to expand their International business, developing restaurants all over the world, which ultimately propelled their worldwide sales from $25 million to over $100 million. Mr. Brooks has over 30 years of experience in leading teams of investors for startup companies with worldwide sales from $25 million USD to over $100 million. His final project with The August Group as President, was the $150 million dollar Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada.

In September 2005 Ray was appointed by the Fluor Group to be a part of the management team to adjudicate the losses incurred from Hurricane Katrina. Over the following five years in the State of Mississippi, and the City of New Orleans, he and his group participated in the settlement of over 10 billion dollars in Public Assistance for the Department of Homeland Security and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. 

Mr. Brooks is currently involved in the completion of mezzanine funding for Ttest and securing qualified international distributors for regions including Europe, China, India, Russia, Africa and emerging nations of the world. Mr. Brooks attended UCLA, majoring in Business Administration and Political Science. He is married, residing with his wife in Laguna Beach, California.
